PAUL J. STIER is originally from Belle Plaine, Minnesota, and currently resides in Apple Valley.  He received a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Minnesota in 1967 majoring in economics.  In 1972 he received his law degree from Valparaiso University School of Law, ranking 3rd in his class and served as Editor of the Law Review.  Paul served as a research assistant at the Minnesota Supreme Court before establishing a private practice concentrating in estate planning.  He has over 35 years of experience in all aspects of estate, elder and business planning.  Paul is a popular speaker statewide and known for his ability to teach and explain complex concepts in understandable language and style.  He has spoken to groups and served people all over Minnesota exposing the myths and explaining the truth about estate planning.
