JEREMY C. STIER graduated with honors from St. Olaf College in 1996 with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology.  He attended Hamline University School of Law, served as Editor-in-Chief of the Hamline Law Review and graduated with honors in 1999.  He was admitted to practice in October 1999 and served as research assistant to Chief Judge Edward Toussaint, Jr. in the MN Court of Appeals. Prior to joining Stier Law Offices he practiced law at the Bloomington firm of Larkin, Hoffman, Daly & Lindgren specializing in business and contract law. He also served as corporate counsel for US Bank and worked in the private sector coordinating development and finance.  In addition to serving clients in the firm’s specialty areas of Estate Planning, Elder Planning and Probate, Jeremy brings to Stier Law Offices experience and expertise in business law, corporate finance and organization, business agreements, mergers and acquisitions, real estate and business succession.
